OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, MAY 30, 2002 – PD-Rx
Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held corporation, (Symbol: PDRX) today

prescription cost per insured life, reduce the overall dispensing fees from third
parties, shifting cost to over
the counter usage and improve patient compliance at the point of care.. and OTC products, and a reduction in
dispensing fees based on the direct sampling of “SOS”
products.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
PD-Rx offers pharmaceutical management strategies
to physicians, patients, managed care organizations and others involved in the
pharmaceutical healthcare industry. Our
management strategies focus on the point of care, beginning with the
physician's writing of the prescription.
When working for a managed care organization, our goal is to develop a
matrix of cost containment tools that they can merge into their healthcare
networks to enhance patient care
and improve their bottom line. In the
physician's office, we provide prepackaged medications that are filled at the
point of care and are viewed by both patients and insurance payers as a progressive and
responsive practice, which is cost effective and speeds the healing process by
improved compliance and better patient communication.
With the use of the PD-Rx proprietary software and
the wireless prescribing pad a doctor will be able to fax a prescription to a
pharmacy or other retail setting, print a prescription from an in-house system,
or fill the prescription on site all by using the wireless handheld device that
easily fits into the doctors pocket.
Technology is moving forward and PD-Rx plans to continue to lead and
assist forward thinking physicians to bring better quality products and
services to every patient. We also
believe that products like the wireless prescribing pad bring a value added
service that makes a real difference between our company and other
competitors.
