PD-Rx and Bio-Logic Launch Co-Marketing Efforts

Oklahoma City, OK, June 25, 1998 PD-Rx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB: PDRX), and Bio-Logic, Inc. of Naperville, IL have launch a marketing agreement to promote a new product line called Bio-Nique™ a Personalized Nutritional Supplement direct to healthcare providers throughout the United States.

Healthcare providers will be able to offer their patients a scientifically based program for enhanced wellness based on biochemical typing. The program focuses on nutritional supplements, minerals and vitamins that an individual patient may lack. Or just as important, to avoid those elements that may create a chemical imbalance. The Bio-Nique program will provide the patient with a chemically balanced supplement specifically designed to enhance their body chemistry.

The program will be marketed through the PD-Rx customer base and promoted by its marketing and sales forces throughout the United States. The program is designed to increase revenues for the healthcare providers and provide the patient with a vitamin and mineral supplement developed for the 21^st Century.
